Vibes DESPERATELY needed, please

My landlords are selling their lovely home, of which I live in the basement. I really like where I'm living and really, really don't want to move. The cats love it here and I do not want to uproot my babies again.
Ken says I've got nothing to worry about because lots of people will buy a house in hopes to have rental income to pay towards the mortgage. And my landlords told me that when they bought this place there was a tennant here as well so I'll probably be all right.
So the stomach pains have subsided for a while.
Now, over the next couple of weeks, there will be strangers coming through my home and I hope whoever ends up buying the place wants to keep that nice girl with the adorable cats in the basement.
Anytime you remember over that time period, positive vibes, maybe a good spell if you are so inclined, will be much appreciated.
